Systems Requirements.
This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality
management system which will assist all kinds of companies or
organisations to succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff
motivation and continual improvement. It can be used by internal and
external parties, including certification bodies, to assess the
company’s ability to meet customer, statutory and regulatory
requirements applicable to the product or service and the company’s
own requirements.
It is an established and proven management system model which provides
your company with a set of principles to help you to effectively
manage your business and meet your customer’s requirements and
expectations.

With over 14 years involved in Quality Management, acting both as a
Quality Manager and Independent Advisor, I have proven experience in
designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining simple quality
management systems that meet all the requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
I can assist in developing the quality management system around your
existing business practices, wherever possible, and guide you through
all the stages including representing the company at the external
assessment.
I offer a service of organising and liaising with the UKAS accredited
assessment body during and after the certification process and can
offer assistance in maintaining the quality management system. This
will include carrying out internal audits, assisting with management
reviews, the analysis of objectives and monitoring of overall
performance.
